Armen Dohanian III is a fourth generation rug cleaner. Involved in rug cleaning from an early age, since 2007 Armen is vice-president of operations at the Oriental Rug Cleaning Company in Dallas. Mr. Dohanian is a Certified Master Rug Cleaner®, ARCS Certified Rug Specialist (CRS), and as well as a member of the International Society of Appraisers As a past-president of ARCS, Mr. Dohanian was instrumental in the development of their “Introduction to Rug Care” online class and is currently its instructor.

Jennifer Vickery Colaco has been our office manager since 2010 and is also a Certified Master Rug Cleaner and ARCS Certified Rug Specialist (CRS).
